Rujuk kepada garispanduan TBRI yang dikeluarkan oleh LDHN pada 08/06/2020.
On 08/06/2020, LHDN had issued a guideline for the tax-exempt application for donation for the purchase of religious building fund.
For Buddhist organizations, you need to get approval letter from one of the following organization as a supporting document (section 2.2c)
a) Malaysian Buddhist Association (MBA)
b) Buddhist Missionary Society Malaysia (BMSM)
Kindly read the guidelines and conditions before you proceed to submit your application.

在08/06/2020 LHDN 内陆税收局已发出一份筹款购买宗教会所免税申请指南。如果您的团体想要筹款购买会所，可以根据这项指南申请免税！
佛教团体需要跟以下的佛教组织申请支持信做为申请的用途（指南2.2c)。
a) Malaysian Buddhist Association (MBA) 马来西亚佛教总会
b) Buddhist Missionary Society Malaysia (BMSM) 马来西亚佛教布道会
